These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of coaching services provided by GorillaBear LLC (“GorillaBear Coaching,” “GorillaBear,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or using GorillaBear Coaching services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms.

1. Coaching Services

GorillaBear Coaching provides individualized physique-development coaching services. Depending on the coaching level purchased, services may include nutrition guidance, training guidance, body-composition strategies, physique development, performance guidance, progress tracking, accountability, and related coaching support.

The specific services provided are determined by the coaching level purchased and the coaching plan developed for the Client.

2. Coaching Relationship

GorillaBear Coaching provides education, guidance, programming, and accountability intended to support the Client's fitness and physique goals.

Coaching does not guarantee any specific result. Individual results vary based on factors including, but not limited to, training consistency, nutrition, recovery, genetics, adherence, lifestyle, and other individual circumstances.

3. Medical Disclaimer

GorillaBear Coaching services are not medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Clients should consult an appropriately licensed healthcare professional before beginning or substantially changing an exercise, nutrition, or physical-activity program, particularly when a medical condition, injury, medication, or other health concern may affect participation.

GorillaBear Coaching may recommend that a Client obtain medical clearance when circumstances warrant it.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information relevant to their coaching.

Clients are responsible for following their healthcare provider's instructions and communicating relevant limitations, injuries, changes in circumstances, or other factors that may affect their participation in coaching.

Clients are responsible for making their own decisions regarding participation in exercise and implementation of coaching recommendations.

5. Subscription and Payment

Coaching services are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

By purchasing a recurring coaching subscription, the Client authorizes the applicable payment provider to charge the selected payment method according to the subscription terms presented at checkout.

The Client is responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and ensuring that applicable payments are completed.

6. Cancellation

Clients may cancel their recurring coaching subscription according to the cancellation process made available by GorillaBear Coaching or the applicable payment provider.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not ordinarily reverse charges that have already been successfully processed.

Any refund or exception to this policy will be determined according to the circumstances and any refund policy applicable to the purchase.

7. Refunds

Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments for coaching services are generally non-refundable after the applicable coaching period or service has begun.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

8. Communication and Coaching Support

Coaching communication methods and response expectations may vary depending on the coaching level purchased.

Clients are responsible for monitoring the communication channels used for their coaching and responding to requests for information reasonably necessary to provide the services.

GorillaBear Coaching does not provide emergency or crisis services. For an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service or healthcare professional.

9. Intellectual Property

Coaching materials, programming, educational materials, written guidance, templates, systems, and other materials provided by GorillaBear Coaching are intended for the individual Client's personal use unless otherwise authorized in writing.

Clients may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, or commercially exploit GorillaBear Coaching materials without written permission.

10. Privacy

GorillaBear Coaching may collect information necessary to provide coaching services, process payments, communicate with Clients, and administer the business.

Personal information will be handled according to GorillaBear Coaching's applicable Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GorillaBear Coaching and GorillaBear LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of coaching services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

12. Changes to Services or Terms

GorillaBear Coaching may modify its services, pricing, policies, or these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will become effective when posted or otherwise communicated, unless a different effective date is stated.

13. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to GorillaBear LLC and the Client, subject to any mandatory requirements of applicable law.

14. Acceptance

By purchasing or using GorillaBear Coaching services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not purchase or use GorillaBear Coaching services.
